FRRR’s In a Good Place program is offering grants for projects that support the mental health and wellbeing of farmers and people living in rural places.

Nineteen NFPs are sharing in $334,501 through FRRR’s In a Good Place (IAGP) program to cultivate better mental health for rural communities and farmers.

The Bega Valley Data Collective had support through the Investing in Rural Community Futures program to develop a community-led wellbeing framework aimed at empowering the community to thrive.

Pine Village Land & Services Management Association Inc received a $3,704 grant to purchase and install an automatic defibrillator.

More funding is now on offer in rural communities to support mental health projects, thanks to new supporters of FRRR’s In a Good Place grants program.

Out of Session grants Occasionally, if we have sufficient funds, FRRR awards Out of Session grants from our core granting programs. This is by exception and happens only when funding for a project is time-critical. The grants awarded in recent years are included in the table below.
