Jason McFarlane is Director of the GreenTech Hub, a WA State Government-led initiative hosted by Curtin University that accelerates technologies supporting Western Australia’s green transition.
He has a distinguished career, spanning economic development, innovation and sustainability, with experience across government, industry, startups and academia. Previously, Jason was Global Lead for Urban Advisory and Economics Director at Hatch and has also served in board and advisory roles with Economic Development Australia, Pollinators and CyberWest.
Jason is deeply committed to fostering collaboration and driving practical solutions for climate action and regional empowerment. He holds an MBA, a Bachelor of Science, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
