Tracy is a grain grower and community leader from the WA Wheatbelt, with deep experience in regional development. She and her husband operate Cranmore Farming, a diversified cropping and livestock enterprise at Bindi Bindi, and served as President of the Shire of Moora for eight years.
With additional experience as a non-executive director, communications manager and award-winning entrepreneur, Tracy has founded and led community initiatives including the Gardiner Street Arts Collective and Moora parkrun, and sits on a range of boards and advisory groups. She is passionate about strengthening the capacity of small communities to drive their own futures and ensuring regional voices are heard in policy and investment decisions.
Tracy brings a practical understanding of rural life, strong networks across government and industry, and a proven track record of turning ideas into action to enhance social and economic outcomes for remote, rural and regional communities.
