Bunya Mountains Community Association Inc (BMCAI) is an ACNC registered, volunteer-run charity. Established in 2016, their aim is to provide a voice for consultation with local, state and federal authorities, on behalf of residents of the Bunya Mountains. BMCAI has been working towards the establishment of a Bunya Mountains community centre for several years, with the aim of providing the community with a place to connect and learn, and for refuge in times of emergency.
