Upcoming Events

FRRR is more than just money. We aim to support remote, rural and regional communities in any way we can, and that includes offering grantseeker webinars and other capacity building support.

These sessions all aim to build capacity within organisations and make local leaders feel more confident in applying for funding, or taking action on important local issues. We also offer a range of useful tips, and explain what you need to do to submit a strong application.

As events arise, we will add them here, but please feel free to get in touch.

The online grant workshop I attended gave me the confidence to understand what is the magic formula for a strong business case with supporting letters of endorsement suggestions. Attending this online session ‘changed our world’ and we are very honoured, privileged and proud to be a successful recipient in our following two FRRR grant applications… In the early days, it is very easy to ‘give up’ on the first attempt. Thanks to your guidance, I am pleased to advise we have successfully secured 10 grants since July last year with a 77% success rate. I have learnt so much from FRRR and will always be your advocate for other community organisations.”

This has been my first [grantseeker workshop]. It has been invaluable. We’ve been a ‘fly by the seat of our pants’ organisation getting ready for this year, but what you have told me makes so much sense, and it’s precise, concise, and certainly gives me all the stepping stones to what we need to do .”
