In the remote locality of Clarke Creek in Queensland, in the absence of a township, the Clarke Creek State School acts as the community hub. Following devastation from Cyclone Debbie, the P&C Association saw a heightened need for additional support for the school’s 17 students, and applied to FRRR’s In a Good Place program to fund an increase in attendance by their beloved school chaplain.

In the drought declared town of Woolomin, NSW, the local kids had nowhere safe to meet and play outside of school. The Tamworth Regional Council partnered with the Woolomin Recreation Reserve Committee to bring the local school children’s dreams (and designs!) to life, with the support of $15000 through the Tackling Tough Times Together program.
