Rural communities come together to help students get Back to School

Students and families in remote, rural and regional parts of Australia will start the 2022 school year with a little extra support, thanks to the generosity of FRRR and its donors, and the Community Foundations and groups helping to distribute the more than 15,700 Back to School vouchers across the country.

Taree and Wingham community groups share in more than $150,000

Community groups in Taree and Wingham will share $150,152 in grants thanks to FRRR's Investing in Not-for-Profit Capacity in Regional NSW (INFPC) grant program. The grants will enable local groups to invest in resources and build their capacity to support the ongoing recovery from the 2019/20 bushfires and floods earlier this year.
