FRRR has awarded $584,971 in grants to support twenty-eight projects that will assist the continued recovery of communities impacted by the Black Saturday Bushfires in February 2009.
ANZ commits $250,000 to rural and regional communities

ANZ’s Seeds of Renewal program is now open, with grants of up to $15,000 available. This year the program is offering a share of $250,000 to community organisations in regional locations for projects that improve environmental sustainability, financial wellbeing or housing access.
School and Beyond Grant Recipients

The School and Beyond program was delivered from 2015 to 2020 across 11 LGA’s in 2009 bushfire-affected regions. In total, 43 grants saw $496,250 in funding go toward supporting education and/or mental health initiatives that benefited 2,589 youth in 2009 bushfire-affected areas.

Sony Foundation Australia, together with FRRR, have today announced two grants that will help young people in Mallacoota, VIC and Ulladulla, NSW, affected by last summer’s bushfires.
Dairy communities receive over $120,000 in grants

The Working in Dairy Communities Small Grants program, which is run in partnership between FRRR and Gardiner Dairy Foundation, has awarded $121,584 in grants to support 26 projects in Victoria's three dairy regions.
Grants available to support the mental health of rural Australians

Grants of up to $20,000 are now available to NFPs throughout rural, regional and remote Australia to support projects that improve and strengthen the mental health of their communities through the In a Good Place (IAGP) program. The IAGP program, is the centrepiece of a five-year partnership between FRRR and CCI Giving.
Bushfire-affected communities encouraged to apply for recovery grants

News Corp has partnered with FRRR to offer up to $630,000 in grants to support the recovery of communities affected by the recent bushfires across the country. Grants of up to $25,000 are available.
Aussie Cotton Farmers Grow Communities program opens

Australian cotton growers can again nominate local not-for-profit and community organisations to receive $150,000 in grants for projects to benefit the communities in which they live and work. The 30 grants of $5,000 are supported by the Bayer Fund.
Families in bushfire-affected communities receive help getting Back to School

FRRR ran a special round of its Back to School program, which provides $50 gift vouchers to students in rural communities. Nearly 4,000 students impacted by the 2019/20 bushfires have been given a helping hand with replacements for the essential school items they lost during summer's bushfires.

Thanks to support from R.M.Williams and the Center for Disaster Philanthropy, FRRR has awarded two $25,000 grants to support the Orara Valley and the Blue Mountains in their recovery from the 2019/20 Summer bushfires.
